Magical lagoon views every day
The lagoon view from our room was amazing, offering serene moments every morning. The staff here, always ready with a smile and invaluable help.
The WiFi connectivity was annoyingly inconsistent, especially by the beach. It disrupted my attempts to share our beautiful moments online.

The stay was comfortable, recommend. Everything was great, favourable location next to restaurant and bars and Egypt, polite staff. The location was magnificent - within walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go. We ate in the a la carte restaurant nearby...

I had an awesome time at this resort, especially with the all-day dining and the incredible aqua park that kept my family entertained. The heated pool and beach access were perfect for relaxing. One tiny downside was the shallow end of the pool could get a little crowded, but it didn't spoil our fun! 🌞

This was a fairly nice stay in February. They gave us spotless and absolutely perfect standard triple room with double beds. The location to Orange bay was marvellous and charming.

The beach is a beauty
The reception staff confused us about the half board paid for and were a little rude and discourteous.

I didn't get a place in any of the restaurants. I tried to book the day I arrived but there was no place in any of them.

The heated pools were a highlight, especially the Activities pool in front of the Aerobics Center and the Aqua Park pool for some fun in the sun. The resort has a great sports pub for a casual vibe with drinks and games. Just a heads up.
One downside was that I had to check on the room specifics at check-in as I didn't receive clear information initially.

The overcrowding is overwhelming!!! Finding a sunbed near the pool is nearly impossible!!! Consider longer hours for beach and towel services to accommodate guests better!!! Cleaning crews can be too noisy at night!!!

Good and pleasant hotel.
Friendly welcome and lots of explanation on arrival Spacious and clean rooms. Possibility of heating the room with the airco, which is desirable in February. Nice and very well maintained gardens. Nicely decorated beach bars. Wide choice of food, careful presentation. It is very pleasant that there is a quiet zone with a swimming pool. People who maintain the room are very friendly.
Hairdryer in the room is not efficient, difficult to handle. The tea that is served during breakfast has a coffee taste. Perhaps this has to do with the fact that the thermos flask can be used for both coffee and tea. Also the water for the tea is not hot enough. The service in the restaurant could be a little more efficient. Sometimes the drink is only served when you have eaten half of your plate. Some waiters of the sunset bar staff could be more friendly. They often first serve the Egyptian customers, even if you ordered something in advance. A less friendly attitude is sometimes adopted with regard to Asian customers. At the swimming pool, the waiters rarely come to take an order. Often you have to go to the bar yourself to order.

This place fits me perfectly! It offers free wi-fi in public areas, a private beach, and 24-hour reception. The staff even helped me get back my forgotten earpods. Always a great experience! I can't wait to return for a weekend.
